The amount of time we spend in our seats and on our devices at work and in our daily life presents a modern day conundrum. Technological advances continue to make our lives more efficient and organized, yet our engagement with that technology can take a massive toll on our bodies. Pain and discomfort resulting from sitting for long periods of time, habitual positioning and repetitive movement is at an all time high. We believe that taking time for daily maintenance is not a luxury. It’s an absolute necessity for our health, well-being, longevity, productivity and enjoyment of life.
These workshops provide instruction tailored to focus on specific areas of the body most often impacted by our modern day working (and living) environments. Participants will learn a variety of tools and techniques for incorporating self-care and movement practices into their daily routine.
